Marie started dancing at age 4, competing in dance competitions at age 10, and started teaching dance at the age of 15. Marie became a member of the Tremaine Teen Dance Company in North Hollywood and studied under Emmy award-winning choreographers: Michael Rooney and Marguerite Derricks. At the age of 17, Marie became a "Sparkid" dancer for the WNBA Los Angeles Sparks hip hop dance team, where she worked with such renowned choreographers as Shane Sparks and Wade Robson. Marie’s emotive, passionate spirit shines when she is on stage and when she teaches dance. She loves to motivate her dance students to excel--molding their technique and inspiring their performance. Her dance style is bold and from the heart.

Da’Venche Burks was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. At the age of ten, he enrolled in the Preparatory Dance Program at the Cornish Institute of Fine Arts in Seattle. As a full scholarship recipient, Da'Venche studied Classical Vagonava and Royal Academy Ballet Technique. While studying at Cornish for eight years, DaVenche received full scholarships to attend San Fransisco Ballet, School of American Ballet and Boston Ballet summer intensive programs. DaVenche attended the University of Wooster, Ohio where he studied The Art of Dance Instruction and Sociology. He then went to New York to study at the Alvin Ailey School of Dance. Mr. DaVenche left Seattle and moved to Redlands, California where he has resided for the last sixteen years. Mr. DaVenche continues to perform and choreograph. Paige starting dancing at the age of 12, but from then on, she dove into the dance world with strong passion and commitment. She competed throughout Southern California for 6 years in dance. She has been in many theater productions throughout the Inland Empire.  Some notable productions are A Chorus Line, Into The Woods, Legally Blonde and Heathers: The Musical.  She is currently at sophomore at the University of Redlands and still manages to find the time for studies, theater and dance. She has taught at Dance Move Live for four years now.

Suzanne started dancing at the age of 17. She majored in dance at University of California at Riverside. She studied Ballet, Acro, Jazz, Tap, Lyrical/Contemporary, Modern, and Hip-Hop. She has a passion for dance and fitness and loves to see her students find the same passion!

Christopher started dancing at age 10 in both Ballet and Hip-Hop. After starting in those dances he picked up dancing in West Coast Swing, Contemporary, Tap, Jazz, and many other dances a few years later. By age 19 he had already taught in 5 different countries and still continues to travel teaching today. Some of his accomplishments in the West Coast Swing Community include, dancing at the highest level for the past 6 years, 2-time Young Adult US Open Champion, and 2018 California Swing Dance Hall of Fame Inductee. He is very excited to show his passion for dancing and instructing with the dancers at Dance Move Live for 2019!

Trevor is a graduate of the contemporary dance program at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He also spent time studying in New York and abroad at the University of Malta Dance Studies program. Notable teachers include B.J. Sullivan, James Sutton, Gerri Houlihan, Dwayne Cyrus, Elizabeth Corbett, Sara Procopio, Jen Nugent and Janet Lilly. He received his BFA in Dance and Choreography in 2015, and has since danced in several NC-based dance companies including ShaLeigh Dance Works and Lauren Kearns Dance Project. He has appeared in performances at NC Dance Festival and the American Dance Festival, performed in musicals, and recently completed a contract aboard Carnival Cruise Line as a dancer-singer.  He recently relocated to California this year to continue performing, teaching and choreographing.

Jasleen (Jaz) has been dancing since age six with a background in jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, modern, cheer and hip hop. She has studied dance at Riverside City College and is currently training at Infuse Dance Studio. Jaz has been teaching dance for 5 years now at studios and school districts. It makes her incredibly happy to dance and it makes her beyond happy to see students’ talents grow from teaching.

Shelbie Nelson began dancing at the age of 3, training in Ballet and Tap. At the age of 11, she began competing in Jazz, Contemporary, Ballet, and West Coast Swing. Born and raised in the small town of Butte, Montana, he grew up dancing and traveling to be trained further in the performing art he loves so dearly. Derek has been trained and influenced by some of the most amazing choreographers and instructors in the industry, including: Elizabeth Parkinson, Scott Wise, John Crutchman, Alan Sherfield, Sarah Savelli, Kim Wolfe, Ayodele Casel, Sonya Tayeh and many more. Derek was a finalist every year at the West Coast Dance Explosion National Finals since 2001 until he graduated high school and spent nine months dancing on a cruise ship for Jean Ann Ryan Productions.ems.

She attended San Jose State University and received a B.S. In Therapeutic  Recreation with a Minor in Dance. While studying in college, Courtney danced professionally for Arena Football Leagues' San Jose SaberCats. She also has been a member of the Inland Empire 66ers Dance Team and Ontario Reign Dance Team. Courtney is currently a LA Rams Cheerleader! Aside from pursuing her passion for dance, Courtney is also a Recreation Therapist at a children's hospital.

Jazmine's love for dance is unstoppable. She grew up attending Bre Dance Studio since she was 7 years old. She has been trained in jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, lyrical, and modern dance. She is currently pursuing her Bachelors Degree in performing arts at Cal State San Bernardino University. Jazmine has been competed in numerous dance competitions as both a group performer as a soloist throughout Southern CA. throughout Southern CA.

Since then, Shelbie has earned many titles including Young Adult World Swing Dance Champion & Dancer of the Year. While still competing she began her teaching career by becoming a teaching assistant which gave her many opportunities, including being part of the Las Vegas show “Legends in Concert”, choreographing halftime performances for the New York Knicks City Dancers, & traveling all the way to Norway to assist in master classes. Shelbie has been teaching all levels of Jazz, Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Ballroom/Latin, West Coast Swing, Lyrical, & Acro/Tumbling.

Jasleen (Jaz) has been dancing since age six with a background in jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, modern, cheer and hip hop. She has studied dance at Riverside City College and is currently training at Infuse Dance Studio. Jaz has been teaching dance for 5 years now at studios and school districts. It makes her incredibly happy to dance and it makes her beyond happy to see students’ talents grow from teaching.

Derek McGinnis began dancing and tumbling at the age of 4, participating in jazz, tap, tumbling, ballet, contemporary and modern dance classes. Born and raised in the small town of Butte, Montana, he grew up dancing and traveling to be trained further in the performing art he loves so dearly. Derek has been trained and influenced by some of the most amazing choreographers and instructors in the industry, including: Elizabeth Parkinson, Scott Wise, John Crutchman, Alan Sherfield, Sarah Savelli, Kim Wolfe, Ayodele Casel, Sonya Tayeh and many more. Derek has had the opportunity to travel with Elizabeth Parkinson as her assistant, teaching master classes in musical theater and ballet. Derek also attended the Ballet West Summer Intensive on full scholarship in the summer of 2010. Derek was a finalist every year at the West Coast Dance Explosion National Finals since 2001 until he graduated high school and spent nine months dancing on a cruise ship for Jean Ann Ryan Productions.ems.
